Canadian interest rates have remained steady since the autumn. However, two issuers on my High Interest Savings Account list have lowered their rates. B2B Bank and Manulife have decreased their rates to 1.30%. This compares to 1.60% for most of the other main issuers such as RBC (RBF2010) & TD (TDB8150).
