Michael Konik is an easy to read author that guys who golf and gamble can relate to. Nice Shot, Mr Nicklaus is a collection of golfing themed magazine articles written by Konik. The collection contains stories about golf travels, golfers, and unique golfing experiences.
Like most of Michael Konik’s writing, the stories contained in this collection are fun to read and contain some of the personality of Michael Konik, which helps the reader make a connection to the author. Although I found this particular group of articles to be pretty light and didn’t leave me with any major new ideas to consider. If you enjoy golf and travelling, then you’ll probably find this group of stories to be fun, otherwise, there are other books by Michael Konik (The Smart Money – in particular) that the reader will find more enjoyable.
